Good evening Project Friend initiates and fellowship,

Not so many would know that I suffer with ongoing chronic migraines. A side effect of my brain injury and a hereditary disorder passed on from my mothers side. Injuries and concussions have made my life an ongoing challenge to be ok and stable. I am stubborn and don't want to quit. My body and brain will do otherwise.

It is with these challenges that I persist to accomplish my goal of not only travelling across the continent in 2024 on my bicycle. A feat I have longed to accomplish since I was still a teenager. But hopefully the project friend outreach programs to follow will take my dreams and goals around the globe and into the cosmos. Yes! Space is the final frontier.

But let's take it one step at a time. My training seems to be on par for the most part. I train as often as I can. Though with minor setbacks such as hospital visits and learning to use my assisted cane for my degrading eyesight, I remain optimistic and positive we can achieve our launch date of May 19th. 2024.

Please stay tuned as I hope to continue the road to a better future. Advocating for the diverse people who exist in our world and their network of help in the world.

A mindset in the education industry, The medical fields and and work force, must include programs and training, modules and proper updates to reflect the nature of our diverse cultures and their abilities.

While we continue to strive towards including accessibility for disabilities and their challenges. We must also strive to educate the young and the older generations, provide them with material they can learn from, and places they feel safe being included.

The world is still far behind in accepting LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and their qualities. Providing access to needed care and medication. Publications in schools and education centres that reflect the reality of whom we are as people. The medical industry is still outdated in providing people with the correct terms and proper treatment for diverse cultures and their challenges.

Project Friend and its initiative, exists within the Paradygm of my discourse in order to reflect the reality of not only whom I am, but to those who suffer or grieve through the same challenges day after day.

I am extremely lucky to be alive. Having been saved from death following a severe and catastrophic brain injury from an assault. A problem which has hindered the rest of my life. Being a gender diverse person is a reality in my life. Not a choice. Not a fad and not a time in my life where I'm going through my next best thing. I was born diverse. I was born with defects. My eyesight. My hearing. My life, has been a challenge.

I may not have all the answers or even be the professional some people need, in order to fee or get better. But I am a person who can listen and advocate. I can teach others to win at life when you are struck down. Sometimes literally. I am proud to be diverse. A trans woman in the 21st century was not an option I ever thought the world would be ready to hear or see. For some, this is still not a reality.

We as people live in fear for obvious reasons. Segregating humanity and removing access to funds and resources has become common place and I am a victim and a survivor of bullies. To this day I still have to defend myself against immature and outdated terms and reasons.

Help me create a better future where simply existing doesn't have to be a life or death decision. Help me cross North America, and spread awareness, removing the stigma surround mental health and its relationship with sound mindfulness. Advocate for the disabled and the righteous, the gender and sexually diverse people who exist regardless of your opinions. The people subject to unjust bullying tactics and families who subject those into an unhealthy environment.

No one person should be left alone. Help me find those who believe that's the only place they exist.

Thank you for reading. Spread the love. Ride with me virtually in 2024!!!!
